ABC Mouse is an interactive learning experience for kids age 2 -8. It reminds me of the old Reader Rabbit programs I used to play in elementary school. There are tons of games, art activities, puzzles, ebooks, and animal facts.

The parent or guardian can then choose to assign the recommended lessons. The child can view any assigned lessons by selecting My Lessons on his or her About Me page. The child should complete his or her assigned lessons before retaking an Assessment.

On Amazon Prime, the ABCmouse.com - Early Learning Academy app is available for free download, but after a month, it will prompt you to pay for a subscription starting at $9.95/mo.

On the Homepage, go to Classroom Tools and click Student Settings. To change the level for individual students, or yourself, click the Edit pencil icon for student you wish to change. Click on the dropdown under Learning Path Level to adjust a student's learning path level.
Click/tap the Settings panel. Select the Child Profile you would like to adjust. Select the Teacher panel. Select which Teacher you would like to appear.

The library houses all of the books that are in ABC Mouse. Some books just contain words, and others contain simple animations and read the story to you. The animations are mostly still shots that are zooming in or out, so nothing too fancy, but adds a little interest for younger viewers .

All of the activities within the program are housed within the classroom. Each category of activity is displayed across the top of the screen in the classroom, but you can also click different object around the room and get directed towards activities that relate to that subject.
The learning path shows your child’s progress on their level of ABC Mouse. Little Cub is only 20 months old, so she is on Toddler Time, which is the introductory difficulty setting for lessons.
