Overview ↑ From the Pages navigation tree, search for Attendance. The Attendance page can be accessed for information, attendance submission and attendance updates. Currently enrolled students will display when a teacher logs into Aeries and navigates to the Attendance page.
Before you begin, be sure to get your student's Verification Code from Cybertech Support at, (866) 223-8685. You will need it before you can setup your Aeries Parent Portal account.
How do I log into Aeries? Log into Aeries by going to the Aeries Parent Portal for your School District or use the mobile app. You will see the login page and be able to enter your email and password, or use your google account to login.
Clicking on a Student opens the current page for that Student. For example, if the User is on the Special Programs page and then searches for and selects a Student, clicking on the Student displays the Special Programs page for that Student.

In Aeries, go to “Student Info” horizontal navigation to access the “Contacts” page. Select the Contact to edit. Click on the pencil icon to make the change.
To add a document for a student, click the mouse on the Add New Record button. The page will display in edit mode. Click the mouse on the Choose File button to browse to the document. A Choose File to Upload box will display.
Click the Edit icon to change an existing grade record. Make any necessary changes and when completed click the Save icon. Click the Add New Record button to add a new Grade record. A notification will display with an option to link the grade record to an existing section.
Students wishing to obtain their SSID should contact their current school or the last school district in which they were enrolled, such as their high school. SSIDs are issued at the local K–12 school level.
SSID stands for: Statewide Student IDentifier. An SSID is a unique, non-personally identifiable 10 digit number that all K-12 public school students are required to have. The SSID has also been referred to as the CSIS number in previous years.
"Student's Name" is also correct, but it's more verbose and doesn't have any advantages over "Student Name". "Student's Names" is wrong in general English.
