Primary contacts and registered students will be sent an invitation at the time of enrollment. If you did not receive an invitation from Aeries, please contact the school Registrar to help troubleshoot the issue.
Student information is kept confidential and only shared with those who a parent/guardian authorizes . At the time of enrollment, the school Registrar will set up an account for the primary contacts provided on the enrollment paperwork. Any emergency contact may obtain an account by parent/guardian request. All we need is an active email address to initiate the process. Keep in mind that all Aeries portal accounts for any one student will have access to the same information.
While Aeries does offer a mobile app, it doesn't always have the most up to date information. We recommend logging in from a web browser on your device and saving the link to your home screen for quick access.
