When will the aeries portal be available to parents and students?

Note : The Aeries Portal may not be available to parents and students until the second week of school each year. All parent and student accounts from last year will continue to work in the new year--even if the student has changed school sites. What if I have any technical difficulties accessing the parent portal?

If you have any technical difficulties accessing the parent portal, email cs@scusd.net. If you have not accessed Aeries Parent Portal before, please reference the email sent to you by sis-donotreply@scusd.net at the beginning of the school year with instructions on how to create an account.

When is the Aeries Parent Portal due in 2021?

Between July 19 and July 31, 2021, all enrolled families must use the Aeries Parent Portal to complete the Annual Student Information Update (ASIU) which allows families to update emergency contacts, medical information and electronically sign yearly consent forms.

What is the parent/guardian name used for?

Parent/Guardian name may be used when printing report cards or other correspondence. Residence and Mailing address changes will require verification. Primary phone numbers will be used by the school and district to contact families. Update birth city, state, and country as needed.

Foggy Day Protocol

To ensure the safety of all students throughout the district, a foggy day plan will be called if it meets these parameters. It may be extremely foggy in several areas, with no fog in others, but the call is made for the whole district.
