This year, we will reflect, repair and rebuild with our students. Here is our Panther Conduct Expectations document. Our Panther Pride Statements, MCMS Life Skills and the Panther Conduct Expectations work in tandem to support our overarching theme, We are Stronger Together.
Miller Creek continues to have four guidelines to follow when choosing attire for the school environment. Students should exercise good judgment when deciding clothing for school and when in question, err on the side of caution. The 4 guidelines are as follows:
Schedules will be available in the Aeries portal on Friday August 13, 2021. 6th grade parents, please print and bring a copy of your child’s schedule to WEB day if you desire to preview the location of the classes. 6th graders will have an opportunity to walk their class schedule after WEB day on August 18th.
Miller Creek School District uses Aeries student information services for scheduling, grades, and attendance. There is a quicklink on our website www.millercreekms.org for your convenience. Parents need to login to Aeries Portal to create an account and to update/verify your child’s information for the 21-22 school year.
The Webinar for 6th grade families is on 11/9/20 at 5:30pm. We are happy to share that Spanish Translation services will be available. For those families who are not able to attend, we will post a recording of the webinar on the Miller Creek home page the following day. Webinar Link
Kindly note that the Aeries Parent Portal will remain offline for the Trimester 1 Report Card Grade import until report cards are published on November 23.
If your student is applying to any private school or a school-within-a-school (MarinSEL, MAS or STEM), please let us know by December 2, 2020. These schools ask for documentation from Miller Creek and we need to hear from you before we release recommendations, transcripts, test scores, etc.
In this community series, parents will intimately explore issues of race and identity, and will learn the tools necessary to speak with their children, friends, and community members about this often challenging and uncomfortable topic.
Join the fun! Run or walk anytime, anywhere and support our Miller Creek School District! Registration Fee $25.00 All participants receive a printable race bib, Can Do! backpack, water bottle and discount coupons from local businesses. Limited Sponsored Registrations Available. The start of school is right around the corner. We look forward to seeing all of our Panthers on the first day of school. Please remember to have students report to campus no more than 10minutes before the start of school. Click here to watch a video message from Ms. Tate.
Beginning Monday, August 23rd follow this year's bell schedule found here (schedules #1-# 4)! Dismissal Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 2:56pm. Dismissal Wednesday at 1:20pm.
Students can find their locker assignments in the Aeries Parent/Student Portal on the Student Info: Demographics page.
Students can log into Aeries and view their schedules. We understand that it may be disappointing when a student doesn't get their first/second choice of an elective. The Master Schedule is a complicated process. Please understand that we do our best to honor students' first/second choice. This is not always possible.
We are happy to share that we will continue to provide each student with a Chromebook device. New this year, students will have a device assigned to them for the remainder of their time at Miller Creek. This device can be used both in school and at home. Chromebooks will be issued to students during the first week of school.
Miller Creek School District will again offer meals every school day to all students at no cost , continuing the district’s efforts to ensure all children receive healthy and nutritious meals especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every student needs to be registered with The LunchMaster using the code millercreekmiddle and select their choices.
