Enter your credentials​ to access PCOE's Absence Management System. Your credentials include your ID or Username and PIN or password. Enter your credentials to access and update your personnel information. Your credentials include your PCOE Resource Code and provided password.

When do hybrid academy teachers send home independent study packets?

Hybrid Academy: On Wednesdays and Fridays, Hybrid Academy teachers will send home independent study packets, which students will be required to complete in their entirety. These are assignments that they must complete on their 2 days of independent study.

How many hours of independent work is required for hybrid academy?

Independent study packets will vary according to the grade level, but parents should expect to have 3-4 hours of independent work for their student to complete on both Thursdays and Fridays.

What is iLearn Academy?

The iLearn Academy is an Independent Study program which serves families with children in grades TK-8 who choose to educate their children at home or in a home/school hybrid program.

How many days are in hybrid academy?

Hybrid Academy (5 days per week: 3 days on campus + 2 days Independent Study)​. Classes: Times: 8:45am to 2:50pm (Students are permitted to arrive on campus no earlier than 8:15am). Students are expected and required to complete all work assigned to them.

When is the final information session for the school year?

Final Information Sessions for the current school year are held during the 2nd week of February. Applicants must attend an Information Session and submit a complete online application in order to be enrolled by March 1. Applications submitted after the 2nd week of February will not be accepted.

Do parents have to work with their child on independent study days?

Parents should be working with their child (ren) on those independent study days, either correcting work if the Hybrid teacher is asking them to do so, and/or reviewing all of the students' assignments for the 2 independent study days each week. Packets will have due dates set by individual class teachers.

Is Placer County iLearn Academy a public school?

There is no cost to enroll in our program. The Placer County iLearn Academy is authorized by the California ​Administrative Code Chapter 15, and the California Education Code, Chapter 5, Article 5.5, Sections 51745, 51746, 51747, 51748 and 51749.
