Clicking OK sends the email, Reject deletes the email. The Options button shows the current settings for Auto/Mass creating portal accounts. When all emails have been sent, the User will be notified the process is complete.

The account type is stored as a “P” or “S” value in the TY field of the PWA table. The Manage Parent/Student Accounts form within Aeries can manage several portal account-related tasks. The user can search either by account email address or student ID number.
The email also includes a link to the Aeries Parent Portal. For Aeries Communications customers, the Weekly Progress report is delivered via the Aeries Communications platform according to the Parent's notification preferences. The email content is identical to that which would be sent to non-Communications customers.
Districts needing a more robust communications solution are encouraged to sign up for the Aeries Communications platform. Note: For teacher accounts, the search options are different. Teachers can search by Student, Period, Class, or My Students (a list of all students the teacher has).
The email address found in the Aeries Parent Portal is used for communication between the district, site, and teachers to parents. It is important that this be the best way to contact you. You might have seen the field under DATA CONFIRMATION where you review what address is on file and noticed that the email field is locked.
To change your email address, navigate the top right and click your email address. You'll see a drop down choice to change your email address. This will also change your login for the portal. Next, click edit.
Removing an account - To remove an account altogether, click the red X on the left side of the screen next to the email address. This deletes the account completely. Resending account verification email – Clicking on the envelope icon resends the account confirmation email.
To Delete a student, click the mouse on the Allow Deletes check box at the top of the student list. After Allow Deletes is checked a Delete button will display next to the Drop button. Send Emails is a way to send Parents or Students emails through Aeries. The form can be used to send email addresses to many recipients at once. The system can send out individual emails to any parents, students, or manually entered email addresses.

Checking Parents will include the Parent Email Address (STU.PEM), any Contact email address (CON.EM) where Allow Access to Portal (CON.AP) is set to Yes, as well as any Parent Portal Accounts (PWA.EM). Select the email addresses you wish to send an email to and then click Add Selected.
A portal account can become restricted when certain SSD fields are populated. When this restriction is in place for the student, any parent or student account tied to that student will take on only the permissions given to the Restricted Portal Account group and will no longer have the permissions of the Parent Portal Group. The district can implement a Contact Code ( CON.CD) in the code table with a Value of 9.00 in the Amount field. This indicates to Aeries and the Portal that this Contact record is a restricted individual.
The principal or designee can click on one of two links: Accept or Reject. After the correct link is clicked on, an email indicating the action will be sent to the address of the person requesting access to that student. Unlike STU.DNR, the restricted contact flag does not hide any contact information.
