San Lorenzo USD uses the Aeries Student Information System (SIS). Each stakeholder group accesses Aeries with appropriate rights through a specific portal to meet their needs . Grades – Check progress reports and end of term grades any time.

Families (students and parent-guardians) can access Aeries data through the Aeries Family Portal or by downloading the Aeries app on their Smartphone. It is their one-stop-shop for attendance and grades. In August, parent-guardians should complete data confirmation (online portion of registration) through the Aeries Parent Portal.

Teachers use Aeries Teacher Portal to take attendance, issue report cards. Elementary teachers are starting to use the standards-based Aeries Gradebook. Most secondary teachers are transitioning to the Aeries Gradebook because it integrates with Google Classroom and makes grade reporting easier.

Log in to Aeries Family Portal between August 5 -September 30, using your email on record and the password that was provided to you. (If you did not receive email, go to the login page and click "forgot password.")
After families complete the Data Confirmation process, class schedules and teacher assignments will be accessible on August 19, 5:00 PM.
If you attended a school in San Lorenzo Unified School District in June 2020, you're a continuing student. This includes: - fifth graders who are starting middle school in August, - eighth graders who are starting high school in August, and of course, - any student continuing for another year at the same school.
