Aeries Parent Portal WELCOME TO THE TRACY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT’S AERIES.NET PARENT/STUDENT PORTAL! The TUSD Aeries.Net Parent and Student Portal is designed to allow parents and students access to their student’s information such as grades, report cards, attendance, schedules, and other student information.
Aeries will automatically link all of your TUSD students, and they will be visible under one account. You may check each student’s account by using the Change Student feature at the top of the Aeries Portal screen when you are logged in.
You can access through a mobile device through the Aeries App or ParentSquare App or using your computer using the Parent Portal by clicking “Aeries Communications” or using the ParentSquare website if you setup an account from the invitation email.
Using your parent email address on file, send password reset request to portalhelp@tustin.k12.ca.us with student name, school and ID#. What Portal resource do you need support with?*
To reset your Aeries Parent Portal password, click forgot password on the login page: Then type in your email address and press next. An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
Tustin USD continues to use Aeries Communications as its primary platform to communicate to families. This system will transition to a new look with new features starting on April 30th, 2021. The new looking system will now be under the developer of “ParentSquare”. This system will still allow phone calls, emails, texting, app notifications but also have new integrated features like Survey’s, RSVP signups, and E-signature collection.

With providing your phone and or email, you can further choose how you want to be notified in those areas. ParentSquare allows you to set each modality as 1 of 3 options: Instant/Digest/Off.
In order to proceed with setting up an AERIES Parent/Student Portal Account, the student must be an active Foothill High School student. Parents must have a parent email address on file with Foothill High School to access the parent portal. Students will be assigned a MYTUSD email account.
For new or current TUSD parents/students WITHOUT an active Aeries Portal Account
Please contact each of your students’ schools and make sure the parent email address is the same for all of your TUSD students. Aeries will automatically link all of your TUSD students, and they will be visible under one account.
