Select the Contact to edit. Click on the pencil icon to make the change. OR click on the “Add” button circled red to add additional contact(s). Make the necessary changes, then click on “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
What do I do? Please check your email for "Aeries" to see if anything has changed. If you cannot remember your password, at the login screen select forgot password. If you have trouble still, contact your district.

Before you begin, be sure to get your student's Verification Code from Cybertech Support at, (866) 223-8685. You will need it before you can setup your Aeries Parent Portal account.
(This site is not owned or operated by Aeries). Download and run the utility. Select the "Best Practices" button the "Schannel" and "Cipher Suite" tabs. Reboot the webserver and the error should be resolved.
To add a document for a student, click the mouse on the Add New Record button. The page will display in edit mode. Click the mouse on the Choose File button to browse to the document. A Choose File to Upload box will display.
Click the Edit icon to change an existing grade record. Make any necessary changes and when completed click the Save icon. Click the Add New Record button to add a new Grade record. A notification will display with an option to link the grade record to an existing section.
HOVER your cursor over “Change Student.” Drag your cursor down to CLICK on the correct student. HOVER your cursor over “Student Info.” Drag your cursor down and CLICK on “Data Confirmation.” CLICK on “Click Here” to begin the Data Confirmation Process (this option will go away after you complete the process).
If you forget or misplace your password, navigate to the Parent Portal login page and click the “Forgot Password?” option. You will be prompted to enter the user ID or email associated with the account. Once submitted, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Removing an account - To remove an account altogether, click the red X on the left side of the screen next to the email address. This deletes the account completely. Resending account verification email – Clicking on the envelope icon resends the account confirmation email.

Below is a list of common database tables and fields used with parent portal account management. These consist of the PWA table which stores parent and student portal accounts, and the PWS table which stores students associated to portal accounts.
PWA.TY – Account Type. Valid values are P for Parent, or S for Student.
If the email address entered matches an existing account, an email is sent containing a link and instructions to reset their password. The text of this email is not customizable.
PWA.XD – Expiration Date. If this field is populated with a date, the user is not allowed to login after that date. The user is presented with a message “This account has expired.” on the login page on after the date specified.
Having Parents/Students reset their own passwords is the typical option, however, passwords may also be reset via a Change query. The password is stored in the PWA.PW field. After resetting their password in this manner, the parent can immediately log in without the need to verify an email. Changing a password to “welcome” or “changeme” requires the user to change the password the next time they log in.
Each portal account is tagged as either a Parent or Student. Occasionally there may be the need to change an account type from Parent to Student or vice versa. For example, a Parent may have set up their account as a Student account and cannot access Data Confirmation. Or a Student registered as a Parent. The account type can be modified via a Change query. The account type is stored as a “P” or “S” value in the TY field of the PWA table.
At this point the User should contact the school for assistance. The school can check if there is an existing account. If not , they can provide the information necessary to create an account.
The Aeries Parent Portal provides year-round online access to student report cards, state testing, and English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) test results.
Between July 19 and July 31, 2021, all enrolled families must use the Aeries Parent Portal to complete the Annual Student Information Update (ASIU) which allows families to update emergency contacts, medical information and electronically sign yearly consent forms.
Parent/Guardian name may be used when printing report cards or other correspondence. Residence and Mailing address changes will require verification. Primary phone numbers will be used by the school and district to contact families. Update birth city, state, and country as needed.
We recommend changing your password at the start of the school year.

Parent Data Confirmation Start Dates defines a Start date of when an additional banner message to Parents is displayed.
The Parent Data Change Windows Start Date and End Date fields must be populated with valid dates for the portal to permit parent changes. These dates also trigger a notification to prompt Parents to begin the Data Confirmation process. A District can set multiple date ranges for the year so that the Data Confirmation window opens and closes on a set schedule. When the window is not open, parents do not see the Data Confirmation screens at all.
The Parent Data Changing tab contains 6 sub tabs: General, Family Information, Income Survey, Medical, Authorizations, Data Confirmation, Documents. For Schools that have Financials, a Financials tab displays for configuring Campaign links to appear in the Parent Portal.
If Parent Data Confirmation is being completed toward the end of the current school year, the Income Survey can use the USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines from the next school year instead of the current one. To enable this setting, check the box labeled Use eligibility guidelines for next year instead of this year.
When the Do NOT Email Parents on Data Confirmation option is selected, it skips the majority of emails that are sent when data is changed by Parents during the data confirmation process. If this option is selected, the parent who is completing the data confirmation still receives the Final Data confirmation email.
In the Portal Options Parent Data Changing area, the Family Information tab has an option to disable the Military Survey or the Residence Survey. If either of the options is selected, that survey is not displayed to the Parent in the Data Confirmation process.
Student and parent/guardian Aeries Portal accounts require an email address. Once your email address is entered into Aeries, either by your school or through the registration process, you will receive an email with your username and password.
The Aeries Portal provides a way to view student records online, and for parents/guardians to update certain records online. The Portal has a navigation bar with links to the various parts of the Portal:
Aeries has a concept of a “primary student”, and that’s the student that appears on the email notification. You will still have access to all students that are linked to your email address. (Refer back to #4 if after logging in you only see one of your students).
The only documents in the portal are the District’s mandatory forms. If your school has additional documents for you to review, those documents will be linked to at the end of the portal.
On the top right hand corner of the portal, click on the Change Student tab. Additional students will be on the drop down menu.
There is no password for Aeries. Log into your District-provided email before accessing Aeries. Once logged into your email, proceed to Aeries, input your username, and click Next. Click on Log in with Google.
Log in to Aeries using your email address and password. (Keep this information in a safe place because it will be used every year).
Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents to update student demographics, contacts, and authorization information. This account will be used for the yearly Parent Data Confirmation process. The Parent Data Confirmation process is required every school year your child is enrolled in our District.
You now have an Aeries Parent Portal account linked to your student.
A banner message displays to the Parent on their Home page if they have not completed the Data Confirmation process. The Parent can also access Data Confirmation from the Student Info tab dropdown.
Parent Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents to update Student demographics, Contacts, Medical conditions, and Authorization information. It also allows documents to be made for available to Parents for Registration. This process handles the normal “Summer Re-Registration” of students where Parents are normally required to fill out fresh Emergency cards, sign various documents, and establish Authorizations. Date ranges are available to control when Parents can modify or enter data, and lock Parents out of other Portal areas until they complete the process. Pre-enrolled student records will use their next grade value so Data Confirmation can be completed for their upcoming school.
The URL should ONLY be the base URL for the Aeries instance, such as "https://localdemo.aeries.net/parent/". It should NOT include a page name such as "LoginParent. aspx"
The Reset Parent/Student Accounts page provides System Administrators the ability to run a process that resets the passwords for Parents and/or Students in the PWA table and sends an email that includes a link for that account to reset their password.
This automatically populates the Mailing Name of the Contact. The Verification Date is the Date the Contact Information, such as the Address, was verified.
For Parent/Guardian Contacts, the Email address and Portal? fields should be filled out. Each Parent must have their own email address. If the school is using Automated Portal Account Creation, this field triggers the creation of Portal accounts. If Auto/Mass Create Portal accounts is not enabled, the field will have no effect on Portal Accounts. It is not recommended to enter Email addresses of other Contacts.
Contacts may also be edited by the Parents in the Parent Portal during Parent Data Confirmation or according to the Portal Settings or the settings in the School Options > Contacts tab. If the Lives With field is set to Yes, the user will be prompted to populate the contact's address with the student's address.
