The Aeries Parent Portal provides year-round online access to student report cards, state testing, and English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) test results.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties logging in to the Aeries Parent Portal, please contact cs@scusd.net for assistance. Families who need assistance completing enrollment may schedule an appointment by contacting the Enrollment Center at (408) 423-3596, enrollment@scusd.net, or using our Google Appointment Calendar.
All students currently enrolled in preschool through 12th grade or in our post-secondary program will need to complete the Annual Student Information Update (ASIU) through the Aeries Parent Portal.
If you have any technical difficulties accessing the parent portal, email cs@scusd.net. If you have not accessed Aeries Parent Portal before, please reference the email sent to you by sis-donotreply@scusd.net at the beginning of the school year with instructions on how to create an account.
Before you begin the annual student information update, we recommend that you gather all the necessary documents listed below.
On July 19, 2021, the primary parent/guardian contact listed in our student information system will receive a call, email, and text message from email@blackboard.com with information about how to complete the ASIU.

If information or documentation is missing, the Enrollment Center will contact the primary parent/guardian listed on the contact information provided.
