What is the after school childcare program?

After School Childcare Programs serve students beginning at age 5 at elementary schools. All students must attend the After School Childcare Program on the campus of their day school. Busing of students is not an option.

How do I register and pay for the afterschool program?

All Registration and payments for the Afterschool Program should be made online. Access our direct link on the BCBE website (bcbe.org); look under Departments; then After School Childcare/ Registration and Payments. Cash is not accepted. Site Manager or designee can assist you at the site, if needed.

When is the 2021-2022 school year open?

2021-2022 Registration will remain open until August 4 at midnight. Wait List for 2021-2022 School Year will open August 18 at noon, one week after school begins (our policy for several years). To register please click here to be directed to the registration form.

Is cash accepted for after school childcare?

Cash is not accepted. Site Manager or designee can assist you at the site, if needed. Payments are due one week in advance of attendance. Students may participate in the After School Childcare Program on a full-time basis. Non-Refundable Registration fee is $20.00.
