What is the USU parent&family program?

The USU Parent & Family Programs Mission is to serve families through programming designed to equip parents with resources they need to help their student succeed at Utah State University. We do this by providing Parent Orientation, Parent Publications & Podcasts, and Deferment & Leave of Absence Outreach.

How do I view and pay a bill as a parent?

Welcome, Parents! We are so glad you’re here. To be able to view and pay a bill as a family member, spouse, or partner, you must be designated as an authorized user by the student. You will then be able to access the Bill Payment Home Page to view, manage, and make payments on the student’s account.

What happens to my parent/guardian's Howdy account when I leave Texas A&M University?

Once a student is no longer enrolled at Texas A&M University, a parent's/guardian's Howdy account will be inactivated. If a student re-enrolls at Texas A&M University, the student may re-activate the parent/guardian Howdy accounts by following the aforementioned steps to authorize the parent/guardian access.

Step 2: Complete Required Forms

Fill out all 6 required forms. Click the submit button at the bottom of each form.

Step 3: Upload

Upload a copy of your complete immunization record. Make sure that the forms are complete and legible. You will receive an email confirmation once the forms have been reviewed.
