What is the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

What is the Parent Portal? PowerSchool is the Avon Grove Charter School's electronic student information system, where we collect and store student data. The Portal is the "doorway" into our system, giving parents access to information about their children.

What is the parent portal at APS?

Parent Portal Parents of students in grades K–5 have access to class schedules, attendance records and grades through the APS Parent Portal | Infinite Campus, an easy-to-use, secure communications tool. Additionally, the Parent Portal enables parents to verify household information, including email, home address and telephone numbers.

Where can I find a PowerSchool Schoology code?

Schoology Codes are found in Powerschool Parent Portal. Grades 5-12: PowerSchool Parent Portal provides a view of attendance, fee balances, teacher names, and student grades. Schoology Codes are found in Powerschool Parent Portal. To access the Parent Portal, parents and/or guardians sign in from AGCS's PowerSchool Parent Portal login screen.

How do I enroll my child into an aged and allied school?

To do this you need to click on the Parent Portal (top right hand of the web page) and then click on Enrolment - here is the link to the ENROLMENT PORTAL . You can also contact our Enrolment Officer to have a prospectus mailed to you (containing an Enrolment Form) by phone, 307 4180, or by emailing enrol@aggs.school.nz

Getting to School

As an Inner City school, Auckland Girls' Grammar School is well serviced by public buses from all parts of Auckland. Students who catch buses, which do not run along K'Road get off at Symonds Street and walk to school (approximately 12 minutes). There is also a connecting bus from the Downtown Railway Station to the School.

How to access PowerSchool?

Powerschool is best accesssed via a website such as Chrome or Firefox. Once you login to powerschool, you will see codes to access schoology and make online payments. New Parents/Guardians to AGCS may email staterdmainoffice@agcharter.org if you have not received your login information.
