How do I Register my child with AISD?

If you have more than one child enrolled in AISD, only register once to gain access to all of your children. Register with the first and last name you have on file with the district. You must also use the student's legal name to register. Additionally, you will need the student's ID number to register.

Do AISD employees need to register for PSS?

How do I create a Parent Portal account?

To create a Parent Portal account, visit portal.austinisd.org. Note: Only parent/guardian contacts are able to use the online registration system. If you have any questions or need assistance with Parent Portal or online registration, please contact your student’s campus or call the Family Support Line at 512-414-9187.

What if I do not have a Parent Portal account?

If you do not have a Parent Portal Account, you can register for one online. The Parent Portal serves as the primary resource for all of the services provided online to our parents.

This system provides access to your child's attendance and grades. If you have more than one child enrolled in AISD, only register once to gain access to all of your children.

Student Self Serve

This system provides access to attendance and grades for all students. Students will use their district-issued user id and password to access SSS. All students who are currently enrolled in AISD are automatically setup for an SSS account.
