Parent Programs are here to assist you in supporting the transition and academic success of your student. They serve as the communication link between the University and parents.

What is the mission of Bama Dining?

The mission of Bama Dining is to provide a balanced food service program that meets the nutritional, educational, and social needs of students and the university community.

Students

To access your student bill online and to make a payment, you must log in to myBama.

Other Account Holders

Former students, retirees, and other individuals paying a debt owed to the University who have a myBama user ID can make payments using this link: Make Payment.

First Class Pre-K Registration

First Class Pre-K programs are now accepting online pre-registration applications for the 2022-2023 school year. Pre-registration is open to all children four years of age on 9/1/22 who are residents of Alabama. Acceptance into a First Class Pre-K program is strictly through a random selection drawing.

Medicaid Recipients: Update Your Address

Medicaid must be renewed every year. Stay up to date about changes that can affect your benefits. To get notified, update your mailing address and other information with Alabama Medicaid Agency as soon as possible.

Child Care Grants Available NOW!

Funding that may be available for your child care program to pay stipends/bonuses to all of your staff. These bonuses will be paid quarterly and can be up to $6,000 per year for full-time staff and $3,000 per year for part-time staff.

Get Vaccinated: Alabama Covid Vaccination Website

The Alabama Dept of Public Health has launched a new website to check your eligibility for vaccination and make appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations at county health depts. Some county health depts are providing drive-thru or walk-in clinics.

The parent sign in is: https://baldwinco.powerschool.com/ You will need to contact the school to get information on how to access your student’s information. The schools have a pre-built letter with the necessary information the parent needs.
