AUSD is excited to announce that Aeries SignalKit, which AUSD began using in 2019 for school and district communications, has merged with ParentSquare, a communications platform used by many school districts across the country.

AUSD's Board of Education is considering placing a bond measure on the June 2022 ballot to fund Phase II upgrades to local schools. Phase II is aimed at first finishing basic repairs to keep schools safe and functioning and then providing state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, and other facilities to prepare students for future success.
At its February 8 meeting, the Board of Education will hear updates on AUSD's response to COVID-19, the Strategic Plan, and the district's homework policy. The Board will also hear presentations on two bond-related topics: the potential tax rate and a draft resolution for ordering an election.

Parents/guardians have access to daily attendance records, state test scores, grades, report cards, transcripts, emergency contacts, and other records. Class schedules and teacher assignments will be available in the fall once data confirmation is completed and your student’s school has completed scheduling.

Yes, parents/guardians need a valid email address to access the portal. If you do not have one, several companies offer free, web-based email, including Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft. After you create your email account, you will need to stop by your student’s school site so the office staff can update your record.
