What is PowerSchool Alhambra?

The Alhambra Unified School District is excited to announce the PowerSchool online student enrollment system. The system is a secure and streamlined process which allows the District to verify all student demographics, emergency and medical information. The system will also allow families to electronically sign the annual permission forms.

What is the Alhambra High School AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award?

Congratulations to Alhambra High School for winning the AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award! This honor recognizes the outstanding work engaging more female students in computer science. AHS has been able to expand young women's access to the AP Computer Science Principles Class.

Can I view AHS classes in 2021?

Students attending AHS in the fall of 2021 can now view and select courses for their fall semester at the Virtual Course Selection Fair. AHS offers a plethora of courses from which to choose. Just click on the headline to access the slide show.

Matador Showcase: Incoming Freshman Class of 2026-Thursday, March 3rd, 2022

SGHS presents the Matador Showcase to welcome incoming freshman to our campus for tours, a club fair, and spirit rally. This event will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 9am-12pm for students only. Please contact the counseling office at 626-943-6830 for any questions.

OUTDOOR Masking Update - February 16, 2022

In accordance with updated Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) guidance, masks will NO LONGER BE REQUIRED OUTDOORS at TK-12 schools, effective tomorrow, Wednesday, February 16th (but they are still recommended).

Extra COVID-19 Testing Opportunities

In order to help mitigate COVID-19 transmission in our school community, AUSD is offering extra testing opportunities for students and staff members. These tests are primarily for staff members and students who need clearance from isolation or quarantine to return to work/school.

At-Home Antigen Test Kits

Principals sent home a letter with key information on January 6th and students took home the kits on January 7th. The letter contained key links to documents that show how to use the tests and report the results.
