Is there free childcare for staff at alphabest©?

Free Childcare for Staff. We follow the COVID-19 protocols in place at your school district. AlphaBEST© Education offers a variety of enrichment-based programs. Licensed before and after school care, after-school enrichment management, summer and holiday break camps, and full-day care with virtual learning support.

How do I Register my child for alphabest?

A registration fee is required and a copy of your child’s physical and immunization records must be uploaded or faxed to the AlphaBEST office once the online registration is complete. Online registration is available for winter camp in late fall, for the spring camp in late winter, and for summer camp in early spring.

Is there a waiting list for alphabest?

While some sites are at capacity, AlphaBEST maintains an electronic waiting list on their parent portal. Please complete the registration process to be placed on your school’s waiting list. You will be contacted by AlphaBEST if a spot becomes available.

2021-22 Registration

PWCS SACC registration is held with our contractor, AlphaBEST Education. The online registration process is through EZChild Track AlphaBEST Parent Portal. First-time users must create an account. Returning customers will login and use this Parent Portal for registration, account payments, financial assistance, and important information.

Registration for the Next School Year

Registration for the SACC program begins after kindergarten registration takes place for school, approximately the third week in April. Registration is a first-come first-served basis and held online. Once program locations are at capacity, the online application will ask if you would like to place your child (ren) on the waitlist.
