Mr. Brent Bishop is the director of American Leadership Academy Ironwood 7-12. He has spent the last 16 years in education in Southern California. He attended California Baptist University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in English, teaching and administrative credentials, and a Master's degree in educational administration. Mr.

Mr. Mitch Henderson is the Director of the ALA Ironwood Elementary Campus. Mr. Henderson has great familiarity with Ironwood families because he most recently served as Assistant Director of Academics for Ironwood Junior High and High School. Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and a principal certification. Prior to joining ALA, Mr. Henderson dedicated his more than 20 year career to serving families in the field of education as a teacher and administrator with Chandler Unified School District, and principal of several private day schools. He has also served as a director within the nonprofit sector where he assisted individuals in improving their financial and educational situations.
