Before you log in for the first time, please wait until your school has enabled the Parent Portal. You will not be able to log in until they have. When your school enables Parent Portal and the Arbor App, they will send you a welcome email.

What does it mean when a guardian is not linked to a student?

If the authorisation fails (even though the date of birth is correct), or when you log in the page is blank or you can't see the right student , this means the guardian hasn't been linked to the student. You'll need to follow the instructions in this article to link them.

Can you pop in your guardian's birthdate?

If you're logging into a staff member's guardian account, with their permission you can pop in the date of birth and continue. You can then take a look at the Parent Portal. Remember that you can see and edit everything the guardian would be able to.

Does Arbor have parent portal?
