The Parent Portal and Arbor App let parents register their child for a club or trip, book parents evening slots, and manage payments all from their phone or computer. Parents can also check in on their child’s attendance, behaviour and progress.
Before you log in for the first time, please wait until your school has enabled the Parent Portal. You will not be able to log in until they have. When your school enables Parent Portal and the Arbor App, they will send you a welcome email.

Android. Go to your Play store and search for ‘Arbor’. Click the top option. Click Install to download the Arbor App. Once it has installed, click Open. IOS. Go to your App Store and search ‘Arbor’. Click the top option.
From Parent Portal. To log out, just click the Sign out link at the top-right of your page. You will also be automatically logged out after a period of two hours of inactivity. If you click back into your Arbor tab just before the time is up, you can choose whether to remain logged in.
From within the Arbor App. If you are logged into the Arbor App, you can change your password by clicking the profile icon, then clicking your name. You will then be able to see your account details including your non-email username. Click to change your password.
You will automatically be logged out of the Arbor App after 10 minutes of inactivity. You can also log out by using the logout feature or by closing down the Arbor App completely (see instructions below). From within the Arbor App. Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of your screen and select Logout.

The Arbor App is the mobile version of our Parent Portal, for use on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. If your school has switched on the Parent Portal, you can download the App and begin using it straight away. If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device.
Arbor is only for parents at schools using the Arbor Management Information System (MIS), who have enabled the Parent Portal. If you’re not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school’s office. If you are having difficulty using Arbor, please contact your school. Please do not contact Arbor support directly.
To enable Parent Portal, follow the instructions in this guide to prepare to switch it on, then go to Students > Parents & guardians > Parent Portal Settings. Make sure the Parent login field in the Security & Privacy section is set to Yes. The guardian is not linked to students and sees a blank screen.
You can check this by going to their Guardian Profile and clicking the link to their child. If the child is not linked to the guardian you can click +Add in the Linked Students section on the guardian profile to link them. The guardian can't see their child or can't switch between their children.
If the reset password email doesn't come through, you can send them a reset password link manually from the User Details section of their profile. They don't have permission to access Arbor. If they are getting a message that their account is suspended, they won't be able to log in.
To send out login details, go to the Students > Parents & Guardians > Parent Portal Usage to see the guardians that have or have not logged onto your school's Parent Portal or Arbor App. You can also see your engagement statistics .
Using a mail merge email allows you to create a bespoke first email to parents that suits your needs. You can send the message from Students > Parents & Guardians > Parent Portal Usage, where you can also see the Guardians that have or have not logged onto your school's Parent Portal.
