At Archway we believe in providing all students will the opportunity, support, and encouragement to be healthy and physically active on a regular basis through physical education instruction and nutritional instruction. We encourage our families to also promote healthy choices for our students.

Family Handbook Signature Page

We ask each year that all families return a signed form acknowledging their receipt and understanding of the policies outlined in our Family Handbook. Please print off a copy of this form and send it in with your child.

Media Release & Family Directory Consent

Families are asked to sign a Media Release and Family Directory Consent form. This consent will remain in effect for the duration of your child's time at the academy, unless written notification stating otherwise is provided to the school's front office by a legal parent/guardian.
