Request a Prospectus

We recommend that you request a prospectus and take a look at our website for an overview of the School. Our prospectus pack includes a Registration Form.

Visit us

We warmly invite you to visit us during an Open Morning or you are welcome to arrange an appointment at any time for an informal tour and a meeting with the Headmaster.

Register

If you wish to register your child, please complete a Registration Form and return it to the Registrar with the non-refundable Registration Fee of £200. On receipt, we will allocate your child a provisional place on our list. Early registration is advised.

Assessment Day

Two terms preceding entry, the Registrar will contact you to arrange an assessment day for your child. The aim of the day is to establish whether Ashfold is the right choice for your child and for your child to feel excited about the possibility of joining the School.

Offer and Acceptance of a Place

We will notify you of the outcome of the assessment day. If an offer of a place is made, you will receive a Parent Contract including an Acceptance Form and Terms and Conditions. The signed Acceptance Form and Acceptance Deposit of £500 should be returned to the Registrar within two weeks.
