Student and Parent Portals provide access to students’ grades, assignments, and attendance, among other new features, such as the ability to view and pay fees online. Students and their parents/guardians have different credentials for Aspen.
Parents of students in grades K–12 have access to class schedules, attendance records and grades through the Parent Portal, an easy-to-use, secure communications tool for the district. Additionally, the Parent Portal enables parents to verify household information, including email, home address and telephone numbers.
PowerSchool Student Portal is a student friendly version of the Parent Portal allowing students in grades 6-12 access to their schedules, assignments/grades and attendance. Students have separate user accounts and log in using their AACPS username and password.
Parents/guardian should go to the Parent Portal Login Page. Select New User? to open the Campus Portal Activation Key option. Another screen will display >> New User?. Enter the Activation Key assigned to you. Once the Activation Key has been used to create an account, it cannot be used again. Click the Submit button.

Once parent contact information has been verified by the student’s school, parents will receive a signup email from Aspen. If you don’t receive the signup email, we recommend to check your Spam folder. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact your school for assistance.
The Parent Portal also supports Konqueror on the Linux platform.

Canvas is ASU Preparatory Academy’s Learning Management System. Students find their courses, class work and assignments within Canvas. To access Canvas as a parent, login first to your Infinite Campus portal and click on the link to Canvas.
The Payment Portal is your safe and secure way to make a payment to ASU Preparatory Academy. You MUST have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Access account in order to use the online payment portal and use your Infinite Campus credentials to login. Clever is a student dashboard that allows your student (s) to navigate to their applications without needing to remember many websites and passwords. Students and their parents/guardians have different credentials for Aspen. These resources will explain how to register for a new account, access and navigate the portal, set notifications, and customize your experience.
An overview of the student’s courses and progress towards fulfilling graduation requirements (high school students only). Additionally the page presents demographic information, classes with teacher e-mail addresses, and awards received by the student.
You must go to that e-mail and respond by clicking on the Confirm Current E-mail Address option. The e-mail is from support@amadorcoe.k12.ca.us and if it is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
Amador County USD provides access to an online portal where parents/guardians can access information about their student’s attendance, schedule and grades. We encourage parents/guardians to access the portal regularly to monitor their student’s progress at school.
