What is the new Aspen Parent Portal?

The New Aspen Parent Portal Chicago Public Schools is excited to announce that starting April 22nd, 2019, Parent Portal will be replaced with a new system called Aspen. Aspen will provide the same capabilities of the old Parent Portal while adding new features including Graduation Requirements, Student Fees and a new, easy-to-use mobile interface.

How do I view my child's schedule in Aspen?

To download and print a student's schedule, login to Aspen.

How do I View student information in Aspen?

Will I be listed as a contact in Aspen for my Children?

We do not have you listed as a contact in Aspen for your children. The former system contained multiple accounts for you, possibly with conflicting information (e.g., different names, home addresses, email addresses, phone numbers).

When will Hunterdon Central offer summer counseling?

Counseling Services is offering summer programs in both group and individual counseling, beginning in July 2021. The programs are run by Hunterdon Central's Student Assistance Counselors and will address both student wellness and the need for continued mental health support.

Does Hunterdon Central have summer reading?

While Hunterdon Central does not have summer assignments for any of its classes, the English Department and the IMC promote independent reading as a way to develop the habits of lifelong reading, to discover passions, and to pursue personal inquiry and interests. Parent Portal Minimum Computer Requirements

Windows operating system*, such as XP or Vista; and Internet Explorer versions 6 or 7 or recent releases of Firefox or Safari.

Instructions for Submitting Forms via Aspen

IMPORTANT: Parents/guardians must have a Hunterdon Central Parent Aspen Account in order to complete the forms for 2021-2022. Please note that forms cannot be completed or submitted from a Student Aspen Account.
