Welcome to Aspen. The Aspen student information management system consolidates information from five data sources into a single system. Student and Parent Portals provide access to students’ grades, assignments, and attendance, among other new features, such as the ability to view and pay fees online.

Every Tuesday the KCS IT Helpdesk sends an email to ALL parents who have a valid email listed at their child's school and who do not already have a Aspen Family Portal login. That email contains a link to register for Aspen Family Portal and directions for creating your own login.

If there is a concern that you need to communicate to all your child’s teachers, you can do a “Mass” email to all. Click on the “Academics” top tab. Choose “Options” on the menubar Choose “Send Email . . .” In the “TO:” section, Be sure to “X” teachers who are just for studies. If you want a copy, put your email address in the “Bcc” line. How to get parent portal in Aspen?

Please contact your school to provide your up-to-date email address and request a Parent Portal account in Aspen. Once parent contact information has been verified by the student’s school, parents will receive a signup email from Aspen. If you don’t receive the signup email, we recommend to check your Spam folder. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact your school for assistance.
