What is the Manhasset Parent Portal?

The Manhasset Parent Portal (MPP) is a password protected gateway through which parents/guardians are able to view the following student data based upon student grade level. Parents/guardians of students in all gade levels have access to both parent demographics (salutation, name, telephone # and email address) and student report cards.

What can I do in the parent portal?

The Parent app allows parents to see & check the details held by the school’s Management Information System. It compliments PupilAsset’s Tracker by showing headline attendance , behaviour & progress data – as well as regular school reports (downloadable as PDFs). How Do Parents Gain Access?

Any parent with an email address can create a login to see their children’s data (so long as the “Allow Online Access” flag is set in PupilAsset).

Paying for school trips

Set up an event from any Pupil Asset calendar and you'll automatically get options to charge a fee or request consent. To see who has and hasn't paid, simply come back to the event (quickest way is to search for the trip name) or use the trip-ready print out which summarises everything from dietary requirements to parent contact details.

Paying for recurring activities such as clubs

Create a repeating event on any group calendar and you have the choice of billing up-front or when registration is taken. Parents will be notified of a due payment immediately in the first instance, or post-registration in the latter.
