How can I contact the AU parents and family team?

How do I contact parent and family programs?

For any questions, Parent and Family Programs can be reached at parent@auburn.edu or at 334-844-1493. In the Family Portal, the parent/family user requests access to their student's information.

How do parents and guardians get access to student information?

Parents and guardians may be granted access to make payments and view account activity. To protect student privacy, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires us to obtain student permission before sharing educational records. Details on obtaining access to a student portal are available through AU Central.

What is the family portal and how does it work?

The Family Portal allows you to access to important campus news and deadlines, gain insight into your student’s progress and financial details, see personalized newsletters on your schedule, receive announcements via email and text message, and allows you to share updates with friends and family.

The Sentral for Parents app is designed to help you monitor your child’s school journey simply and efficiently. There’s plenty of smart features to help streamline your day by keeping communication lines between parents and teachers open, timely and on-going.
