What is Campus Parent Portal?

Campus Parent Portal allows parents and guardians to view attendance and grades, keep track of academic progress, check student fee balances, check students in for the upcoming school year and more. We have developed step-by-step help sheets and videos to assist you with using Campus Parent Portal.

How to get APS username and password?

To obtain your username and password before July 16, 2020, please contact the APS Help Desk at 303-340-0520. After July 16, please contact your child's school. Login to the Campus Parent Portal and type in your username and password provided by your child's school.

Where is the Student Checkin System?

Once you are at the Parent Portal Dashboard, please click on More in the lower left corner of the screen and then click Student CheckIn System in the Quick Links section that appears on the top right of the screen.

Can you check in your child in person?

All students learning in-person, using the flex model or learning fully remote from home must be checked in.
