How do I access my student's aeries account?

You can access your student's Aeries account through your Aeries Parent Portal account. This is where you can find grades and attendance reports, as well as fill out emergency cards, student medical information, family information, and more.

How do I get a parent/student portal account?

For the 2020-2021 school year new Parent/Student Portal accounts will be created and distributed automatically through email by Aeries. Existing Portal accounts should be unaffected if the email in Aeries has not changed. Please note this is not the same account used when enrolling a student in Albany Schools.

What records do parents have access to?

Parents/guardians have access to daily attendance records, state test scores, grades, report cards, transcripts, emergency contacts, and other records. Class schedules and teacher assignments will be available in the fall once data confirmation is completed and your student’s school has completed scheduling.

Do parents need an email address?

Yes, parents/guardians need a valid email address to access the portal. If you do not have one, several companies offer free, web-based email, including Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft. After you create your email account, you will need to stop by your student’s school site so the office staff can update your record.
