How do I login to my child's Aspen family portal?

Your first call should be to your child's school. Each school has a staff member, or two, that have access to all of their students' Aspen Family Portal logins. If the school doesn't have a login for you, you may request your login by contacting the KCS IT Helpdesk by completing this form.

What is family portal and how do I use it?

This secure site provides an easy way to view student academic information including: Family Portal also allows you to email teachers and set automatic email notifications if a grade falls below a specific threshold. Additionally, some teachers use the site to build classroom pages and to manage parent communication.

Schedule & Fees

We are a Tuesday & Thursday program that operates from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We currently have 12 teachers and 6 thriving classes of kiddos ages 6 months to Pre-K.

Tuition

The cost of the program is $160.00 a month. Tuition is due the first school day of each month. We do offer a grace period until the 10th of the month. Any tuition paid after the 10th will result in a $25.00 late fee added to your account.

Calendar

Our program’s calendar is constantly being filled with special events such as “A Visit from the Fire Department” during Safety Week, participation in St. Jude’s Trike-a-Thon, a “Happy Birthday, Jesus” party to kick off Christmas Break, and “A Chat with the Dentist” during Health week in the spring.
