Bartholomew County Child Support (IV-D) Court has jurisdiction over all Title IV-D cases filed by the State of Indiana. Title IV-D cases include mandatory referrals for individuals receiving TANF benefits and/or Medicaid. Anyone can apply for services, however, by completing an application and paying a $25.00 fee through the Prosecutor’s Office.
Parent access to ParentPortal is available 24/7 (24 hrs/day, 7 days/week). At some times throughout the school year, ParentPortal may be unavailable for short periods of time due to routine maintenance and periods of high volume usage.
The Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation Health Trust was established by the BCSC Board of School Trustees to hold, invest and reinvest Trust Funds; and pay benefits with the health and dental plan from the assets of the Trust through the plan supervisor. The Trust is regulated by the Trust Agreement, effective January 1, 1994, as amended.

If a student's parent fails to inform the Corporation of the expulsion or withdrawal to avoid expulsion or the student fails to follow the terms and conditions established for enrollment, the Corporation may withdraw consent and prohibit the student's enrollment during the period of the actual or proposed expulsion.
All parents/guardians must present the following items to enroll their child for school: the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency. The proof of residency can be a utility bill (not a cell phone bill), but the address reflected must match the student’s home address.
A Parent or legal guardian must fill out a request for student enrollment by transfer tuition. This form will be forwarded to the school you wish to enroll for the Principal and Superintendent’s approval. Upon approval or non-approval you will be notified by mail. VII.
In the case of a child under fourteen (14) years of age, the person also may be guilty of "child molesting" under I.C. 35-42-4-3. In the case of a child between the ages of fourteen (14) and sixteen (16), the person also may be guilty of "sexual misconduct with a minor" under I.C. 35-42-4-9.

If you did not enroll in health coverage as a new employee, you are eligible to enroll each fall during the open enrollment period (or if you experience a HIPPA qualifying event). With a Single Sign On account a parent/guardian will be able to see information about multiple students using a single username and password. In order to use this feature, you must first create an account.
The EAP is available at no cost to any BCSC employee and/or member of the employee’s household. It is also open to dependents (up to age 26) who are claimed on an employee’s tax return. Individuals qualify for up to five sessions per episode or occurrence … per family member. Usage of the EAP is confidential.
Please remember to enroll for each new school year. Your enrollment does not rollover to the next school year.
The i-CARE Program provides care for students in grades PreK through 6th grade during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks (excluding major holidays). You must enroll online for break care separately from normal school year enrollment. i-CARE will open at 6:30 am and close at 6:00 pm on these days.
