The i-CARE Program provides care for students in grades PreK through 6th grade during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks (excluding major holidays). The 401 (a) is the employer matching contribution portion of a tax-sheltered annuity plan. BCSC contributes to a participating employees' 401 (a) account ONLY if that employee contributes to a 403 (b) Annuity. The vendor for BCSC's 401 (a) plan is MetLife.

The EAP is available at no cost to any BCSC employee and/or member of the employee’s household. It is also open to dependents (up to age 26) who are claimed on an employee’s tax return. Individuals qualify for up to five sessions per episode or occurrence … per family member. Usage of the EAP is confidential.
