What is the parent portal?

Parent Portal is a complete on-line system which allows the parent access to their student’s information including, but not limited to, student schedules, grades, discipline, and attendance. Yearly student information updates are done in the Parent Portal.

How do I update student information in the parent portal?

Yearly student information updates are done in the Parent Portal. Please update contact information and phone numbers for students. If you need to make an address change, you must take your address proofs to the school and they will approve the address.

Online Student Registration Information

For the convenience of our communities, Online Student Registration is now available.

Birth Certificate

When the school offices reopen, you will be required to show your child’s original Birth Certificate. If the original Birth Certificate is not submitted upon the day of registration, the original must be submitted within 30 days.

Immunization Records

When the school offices reopen, you will be required to bring in your child’s immunization to comply with Arizona State Law. Please visit the Health Services Department for more information.

Legal Guardianship or Custody Papers

Documentation from Superior Court of Arizona showing the pending court date for Guardianship hearing. Final papers must be provided within a week of the hearing date.

Special Education

Contact the school if you have a current copy of the IEP and current psychological report for your child.

How to get a black dot in parent portal?

The Parent option should have a black dot in the circle. If not, click on the circle next to Parent to insert the black dot. Type in your email address in the Email Address and Verify Email Address boxes. Type in a password that you will use each time you log in to the Parent Portal.

How many usernames do parents need to access their student account?

This means that parents only need one username and password to access all their students. You will need the three pieces of required information before you can add another student to your existing account. To add a new student to an account, first, log in to Parent Portal.
