Batavia City Schools has a parent portal this year for parents to access online, timely and secure information about their children. Each parent or guardian who registers (see registration form) will receive a temporary password through email; this is an auto-generated email and no one but the receiver will know that password.
Today, all K-12 school districts use some sort of database system for managing student information and maintaining their records. SchoolTool is a district-wide student information system designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, test scores, and other information about the students in the Batavia City School District.
If you have questions about the portal, please contact Jan Colopy at BMS or Cheryl Kowalik at BHS. Student portal access is available to students in grades 6-12, as of October 19. Students will use their BCSD username and password to access their individual accounts.
