What is the focus Parent Portal?

Brevard County’s Focus Parent Portal provides parents and guardians a view of their child’s assignments, grades, attendance information and current class averages. Below you will find important information to use FOCUS.

How do I update student information in the parent portal?

Yearly student information updates are done in the Parent Portal. Please update contact information and phone numbers for students. If you need to make an address change, you must take your address proofs to the school and they will approve the address.

What is a focus account?

A FOCUS account will allow you to register your child for public school online and apply for School Choice during open enrollment session. FOCUS can help you monitor your child's progress in school by providing timely access to assignments and grades as they are entered by the teacher throughout the school year.

How do I get access to the parent portal?

There is no ability for a teacher or BPS staff to unlock a parent password. If parents forget their email, re-register with the correct email information. PINs are assigned to a student, so every student has just one.
