What is the bc3portal?

The BC3Portal allows for single sign-on access to your email*, Blackboard, and self-service functions for students and BC3 Employees. Note: Faculty and staff will need to set up their credentials the first time to access their email.

How do I access BC3 e-mail and Blackboard?

One log in to the MyBC3 Portal and you can access Blackboard and/or BC3 e-mail with just a click. Setup the Self-Service Password Reset options and Reset your own password if you forget it. View your course rosters and e-mail students.

What services and opportunities are available to BC3 students?

What if I am having trouble logging into the mybc3 portal?

Current Students: If you are having trouble logging into the MyBC3 Portal, please contact the BC3 Technology Help Desk at 724-287-8711, ext. 8441. Free Tutoring! Sign up for a tutor, it's what the smart students do! Tutoring is offered online (using video conferencing software) or in-person (on a limited basis).

Tuition Payment Plan

BC3 EZ-Pay payment plan is designed to make the College's quality education even more accessible and affordable for our students. Here is how to enroll in a payment plan that meets your financial needs. BC3 EZ-Pay payment plan gives students convenient and manageable payment options.

Early Bird Plan

Enroll November 1, 2021 through January 6, 2021 and there is no fee. Payments automatically deducted from checking or credit card.

Standard Plan

Enroll starting January 7, 2021. There is a $25 fee. Payments automatically deducted from checking or credit card.

Summer 2022 Payment Plan

Enroll starting January, 31, 2022. There is a $25 fee, due at the time of enrollment in the Summer 2022 Plan. Payments automatically deducted from checking or credit card.

Creating Authorized Users

IMPORTANT- You will need the email address of your Authorized User before you begin.

Other Facts About BC3 EZ-Pay

Available Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Non-Credit Courses are not eligible for a payment plan.
