What is Beaumont ISD parent self serve?

Parent Self Serve The Beaumont Independent School District Parent Self Serve program is available to all parents or guardians of current Beaumont ISD students. Access will provide parents/guardians with student data including grades, attendance, classroom assignments and the ability to email teachers directly through a student’s schedule.

Where can I find the Beaumont staff email?

All staff emails can be located on the Beaumont website. When an absence is reported to the school please let us know which code to enter for your student. The following are the most common reasons- illness, appointment, vacation, family emergency, funeral, hospital, mental health day or religious holiday.

Do I need a verification code to create a parent portal?

Parent Portal Accounts are Auto-Created based on primary contact email settings, No Verification Code needed. Please call your School Site office if you log in and do not see your student listed.

Grant and McDaniel Forecasting Information

Grant visited Beaumont on January 20th to distribute Forecasting sheets to their neighborhood students. Forms were due January 27th so please, if your student has not turned theirs in, have them turn it in to the main office as soon as possible.

Student Absence Reporting

Absences need to be reported to the office staff by a parent or guardian. These absences can be provided to our office staff by calling our main phone line- 503-916-5610 or emailing the front office staff. All staff emails can be located on the Beaumont website.
