Join us for a virtual Open House! We're excited to welcome prospective families to a virtual Open House on Thursday, December 9, at 5:30 p.m.! Open houses are a great way to get to know Beauvoir's faculty and staff, teaching philosophy, and mission.

Book Fair (November) - The Book Fair is a wonderful Beauvoir tradition organized by Beauvoir parents that celebrates our love of reading. The three-day Book Fair is the Library's primary source of new books for the school year.
There are several community-wide special events celebrated at Beauvoir throughout the school year. These events are cherished traditions that provide opportunity for parents, grandparents and supporters to partner with the School and volunteer their time and talents.
Closing Chapel includes songs from children of all grades and specifically honors the Third Graders, who carry on a Beauvoir tradition of performing the Maypole Dance in the Great Crossing. Grandparents visit Beauvoir during our annual Grandparents and Special Friends Day and Thanksgiving Chapel.
Christmas Chapel (December) - Each year, Beauvoir families gather for Christmas Chapel in the Great Crossing of the Washington National Cathedral before dismissing for winter break. Christmas Chapel is a prayerful celebration featuring music, good cheer and the First Grade nativity scene.
