What is the closing chapel at Beauvoir?

Closing Chapel includes songs from children of all grades and specifically honors the Third Graders, who carry on a Beauvoir tradition of performing the Maypole Dance in the Great Crossing. Grandparents visit Beauvoir during our annual Grandparents and Special Friends Day and Thanksgiving Chapel.

Christmas Chapel (December) - Each year, Beauvoir families gather for Christmas Chapel in the Great Crossing of the Washington National Cathedral before dismissing for winter break. Christmas Chapel is a prayerful celebration featuring music, good cheer and the First Grade nativity scene.

What is Beauvoir Summer?

Beauvoir Summer uses CampBrain to maintain health records for campers. The doctor signed camper health information and immunization record can be uploaded through CampBrain. It is the same site used for camp registration. If you are a Beauvoir family, you will need to upload your form to CampBrain.

When will Beauvoir camper registration be canceled?

If registration is canceled after April 30, 2021 , all fees will be forfeited. There are no refunds for absences. Beauvoir reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior is not consistent with the expectations of the Beauvoir Summer Program.

Does Beauvoir offer financial aid?

Please note: Beauvoir Summer does not offer financial aid to campers who are not current Beauvoir students already receiving financial aid for tuition. Current Beauvoir families may apply for summer financial aid. The deadline to submit a registration eligible for receiving financial aid will be by March 31, 2021.

Does Beauvoir Summer have a nurse?

Your child’s safety and health are Beauvoir Summer’s top concerns. Beauvoir Summer provides a camp nurse on site during the seven weeks of camp. Beauvoir Summer requires that your camper have a valid health form with an immunization record on file while attending camp.
