BCSD provides students and parents access to information about attendance, achievement and academic progress through a portal. Parents and students must use the unique web address below. Online Registration is currently off.

After you have created a parent portal account, you will be able to install the mobile app to get information when you want it, anytime, anywhere from your IOS or Android Device.

What's new with the student portal?

Also, students have their own unique login to view their information. Also new with this product is the ability for parents/guardians to update their home phone number and email address as well as add non-household contacts.

What is the parents association in Bedford?

The Parents' Association. All parents and guardians of students attending Bedford Modern School automatically become members of the Parents’ Association (membership is free). Parents are encouraged to attend the events that are organised and help is always welcomed with the planning and running of these events.

What is the first link between home and school?

In Years 7 and 8, students are assigned a tutor who is responsible for their welfare and is the FIRST link between home and school. It is important to note that with the exception of Mathematics (which is set), Modern Languages and Design Technology (DT), students’ teaching groups and tutor groups are the same.
