On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, all PPSB schools in the Belle Chasse community will reopen. South Plaquemines High School, South Plaquemines Elementary, Boothville-Venice Elementary, Plaquemines Parish Learning Center, and Phoenix High School will begin school at a later date.
We are eager to continue to help our students learn and grow toward independence. We will continue the standards of excellence that Belle Chasse Primary has always been known for in a loving environment that strives to meet the physical, social, emotional and developmental needs of our students.

As of Thursday, September 9, 2021, the power has been restored at Belle Chasse Elementary School and Belle Chasse Primary School. Therefore, on Monday, September 13, 2021, all BCHS, BCMS, BCES, and BCPS employees will report to their respective schools during normal business hours.
The School Board meeting scheduled for Monday, September 13th as been postponed until Monday, September 27th. The meeting time and location will remain the same, Belle Chasse Primary School/Multipurpose Building at 6:00PM.

Online or in-person registration must be completed by Tuesday, August 3rd. Registration will be temporarily close Tuesday, August 3rd (3:00 PM) through Monday, August 9th. Registration will reopen Tuesday, August 10th. Registration will be accepted during the hours of 9 AM-1 PM during school hours.
