FOCUS is the software program Brevard County uses for grade reporting. Brevard County’s Focus Parent Portal provides parents and guardians a view of their child’s assignments, grades, attendance information and current class averages.

There is no ability for a teacher or BPS staff to unlock a parent password. If parents forget their email, re-register with the correct email information. PINs are assigned to a student, so every student has just one.
The annual demographic update (OLR Annual Update) is required prior to the start of each school year. However, if any additional updates to demographics, address, contacts, etc. occur use the same process via the Online Registration and Update button in the Parent Portal.
The process for recovering a forgotten Campus username and/or password has been simplified to improve user experience. User account verification images have been replaced by a simple email that is sent to a designated email address, containing a unique and secure URL allowing the user to easily enter and save a new account password. Users requesting a username reminder will be sent an email containing their forgotten username. If you do not receive an email, please click icportalsupport to request a UN or PW reset. Users who do not currently have a password recovery email address entered within Campus should be asked upon first login to provide this information. Users can also update or modify their password/username recovery email address within the Account Settings tool.

The link to the Parent Portal is located in the middle of the page when you scroll down . It is titled: Powerschool Parent Portal. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by providing the email and username associated with the acount.
Note: If you have the PowerSchool app on your phone or other device, you cannot use the app to complete the forms. You must open a browser and log into the Parent Portal in the browser.
