HOCO Fired Up Day! Blooming Grove ISD serves PreK-12th grade students and is located in Blooming Grove, TX. On Thursday, September 2, 2021, The Commissioner of Education changed one COVID rule for school districts. Effective now, any student who has been exposed to a COVID positive person at home will be required to quarantine.
