You will now be logged into the Magnus system so you can access and print all required forms (New Jersey state pre-participation physical form, tuberculosis screening form and immunization form) and any other forms that may apply to your child (see below). Bring these printed forms to your healthcare provider.
Step 3
Establish an account with North Warren Pharmacy . This is important, even if your child does not take daily medications. In the event your child becomes ill or needs over-the-counter medications or prescriptions, Blair will obtain any necessary supplies or medical devices from North Warren Pharmacy.

The all-school read provides the entire Blair community, from students to faculty and staff, an opportunity to engage with a single work of literature. The tradition, started in 2017, offers students the chance to interact with up-and-coming authors and thinkers, and it allows the entire community to have a collective conversation about important issues.
