The Office of Student Financial Services is responsible for processing tuition and fees, collecting payments, dispensing monthly payment option information, processing refunds and overall internal and external customer service.
Our semester billing cycle consists of an e-bill sent to your Student Account Center prior to the start of each semester. Subsequent student account activity will be issued via e-mail to your Brandeis email account.
Beginning April 20, students will use Workday to verify and update personal information such as names, addresses, emergency contacts and BENS contact information. Additional student and academic functions will transition from Sage to Workday in the coming months. Please visit the Workday Student website to view job aids, FAQs and helpful resources.
Sage no longer allows direct updates to personal information, such as names or addresses. These changes should be made in Workday now.
Use the Brandeis Identity Portal for easy access to your class schedule, grades and more.
Personal or 529 Plan checks ( mailed by First Class Mail only) should include the student’s name and 8 digit sage id and can be sent to our bank’s payment processing center at: Brandeis University. POST OFFICE.
Brandeis does not accept wires directly. Students must use either Flywire or Western Union Business Solutions. Both Flywire and Western Union Business Solutions offer competitive rates and a simple method to make and track your payments to Brandeis.
Brandeis does not offer an in-house monthly payment option or accept payments for the payment plan directly. Beginning 2021-2022, when you enroll in a Nelnet monthly payment plan, you will be required to set up a recurring payment method. You can either select a credit card or automatic draft from a bank account.
Brandeis partners with Nelnet to offer a monthly payment plan to families as a method to spread the cost of a semester over several months. Payments are required to be made on the scheduled due date, in the methods allowed by Nelnet, and must be paid directly to Nelnet.
