A few studies have shown that family members may influence an athlete’s involvement and achievement in sport more than coaches. Parents also are the first and most critical agents at socializing sports.

ESSENTIAL PARENT HOW-TO'S

In many instances, more than one parent or guardian needs to be in the loop with a child's sports life. Using the mobile app, you can add additional guardians to an account. Guardians can 1) View games and events 2) RSVP to games and events 3) Send and receive messages to coaches and team members 4) participate in team chat

What is PowerSchool Parent Portal?

What is the PowerSchool Parent Portal? The PowerSchool Public Portal is a feature of the PowerSchool Student Information System that provides parents/guardians immediate access to grades, assignments and attendance records in an effort to facilitate and improve communication between home and school.

Can I change my password in PowerSchool?

Yes, while in PowerSchool click the ACCOUNT PREFERENCES icon. Click the pencil to edit the current password. Enter your new password and click SAVE. I am not getting e-mails from PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Can PowerSchool use a parent?

Yes, PowerSchool uses the "Parent Single Sign-On" feature. While logged in, click ACCOUNT PREEFERENCES. Click the STUDENTS tab. Click ADD. Enter your child's name, Access ID and Access Password. Click Submit. Child's name will now appear in the top navigation. Click the student's name to view their information.

Does PowerSchool require a password?

In addition, the PowerSchool Public Portal has SSL encryption. The username and password must be kept confidential by parents.

Can a parent access PowerSchool?

Can I access the PowerSchool Parent Portal from anywhere? Yes, you can access the PowerSchool Public Portal from any computer with Internet access. I have multiple children in the district.

Does PowerSchool use cookies?

PowerSchool uses "cookies" and this means your internet security is set too high, probably to the highest level of security, which blocks cookies. Depending on your browser, you will need to find the Internet Security area and turn it down a level or two so cookies are accepted.

What is class link?

ClassLink. ClassLink provides OneClick single sign-on into web and Windows applications, and instant access to files at school and in the cloud. Accessible from any computer, tablet or smartphone. ClassLink will be used by students and staff to access digital curriculum/resource sites that are SSO capable.

Can you update your password on Classlink?

Yes . There is a Classlink Launchpad app available for Android and iOS. Right click an app and choose ‘Update Password’ to update or change your stored username and passwords for your applications. This is if you have entered your username or password incorrectly or if something has changed/updated.
