Calgary Academy encourages electronic payments – please do not mail cheques to the school due to delays in mail pickup and processing. Our tuition and supply fees are outlined below for the September 2022-June 2023 school year. Non-refundable. New families are not required to pay this fee until Grade 1.

Calgary Academy will only provide medical tax letters if requested (generally if required by CRA in review or audit of a claim). If a letter is required, please complete the “Medical Tax Letter Request” form available in Rycor – Calgary Academy’s online form and fee management system. Rycor is accessed through PowerSchool.
Requests for past receipts must be made in writing by emailing ar@ calgaryacademy.com and must specify the Student Name and years for which receipts are required. We encourage parents to setup a “Calgary Academy Receipts” folder within their email account to store all receipt emails received from Calgary Academy.
The Calgary Academy Parents Association (CAPA) strives to provide as many opportunities as possible to students with a demonstrated need to attend Calgary Academy. Since 1986, CAPA has provided over $5 million in student bursaries. If you require bursary support, please submit the CAPA bursary application forms along with your admissions application.

We hold parent/guardian tours each month and would love to meet you. Our tours include an overview of our programs and the chance to see our work in action. You’ll meet some of our students, a variety of staff, and get to peek into some classrooms.
All of the necessary documents required to complete an application are provided and viewable in your online application portal checklist after you have submitted an application.
Following completion of the online application and receipt of the admissions deposit, the Admissions Committee will review your child’s educational history and other relevant documents to determine eligibility to the Academy or Collegiate program.
We do consider mid-year placement should the information in the application indicate that your child’s needs would be a match for our already existing groupings, and considering space is available in that grade. With any applications submitted mid-year, we must adhere to the same admissions process as we do with all other applicants.
