Calhoun High School dominated at the District Academic UIL meet on March 26, and defended their championship title for 8th consecutive year. Calhoun County ISD discussed results of their Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) during a public hearing at the March 7 school board meeting.
After weeks of careful consideration, Dana Dworaczyk was selected to serve as principal of Calhoun High School, and Julie Duckett-Casey was selected to serve as principal of JR Elementary. GT students will have an opportunity to show off their projects at the GT showcase.

NetSmartz Workshop is an interactive, educational program of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) that provides age-appropriate resources to help teach children how to be safer on- and offline. The program is designed for children ages 5-17, parents and guardians, educators, and law enforcement.
